That's the one, the 1996 made for TV movie. I believe the actual name was "The Enemy Within", but everyone just calls it "Doctor Who", "The TV Movie" or "That Piece of Crap, Ugh!" although that last one isn't technically a name. Personally I call it "Why, oh why is this the only filmed appearance of Paul McGann and won't Steven Moffat please, please, please, please, please cast Paul McGann in a multi-Doctor special for the 50th anniversary already??"
I can't decide what I think about Jenny. Yes, she is full Gallifreyan genetically, but not every Gallifreyan is a Time Lord. Given that she's not done any of the cultural and social things required (initiated by looking into the untempered schism, attended the academy, received the Rassilon Imprimature, etc.), I'm reluctant to call her a full Time Lord. I believe Time Lord is partially biology and partially culture. What are your thoughts?
