Well hub had to go out on another call.

He pleads with me..."Fix me". I'm about ready to fix him... permanently.

I was talking to Al and hubby... I want to try to make it to the lunch with y'all. No NPIP, just lunch....

I don't know why it seems so hot... I usually do pretty well in the heat... It seems HOT and it isn't even yet....last year we mowed one day and it was 112 in Martha. Now it's 85 and I'm dying.....

I was warm today. Wish I could of been outside instead of inside. I spent me day deep cleaning the house. I am heading out of town and didn't want to come back to the mess.

Where is everyone at? It is only 10!!!!!

Cochins Stay? What colors? Although my hubby will kill me if I bring another one home......

Howdy! Dang I got busy and haven't been here in a day or so!

Quick note...I need about half dozen EE hens, some cochin and silkie chicks and...I can't 'member what else. Darn!

Al - I will get it all on when I figure it out...I think tomorrow cuz the mess and heat about killed stuff today...picture Teach not being a happy camper! I have chicks dying left and right! Up side...I got another pair of Bob's!

Morning all

Yet another beautiful day. Gonna work outside ALL day today. Gonna do some yard work for mom then hopefully get the "new" corn garden tilled up one more time and get that going. Maybe do some revamping and some chicks moved.

Good morning all! Woke up to 12 more cuckoo maran chicks in the incubator. Looks like a few more will hatch.

Got a big day ahead if I can get the things done that I have planned. It is hard being so pregnant when the weather has to be this hot. Inside with the air conditioner is a good thing.

Good Mornong all, had to turn on the AC for the first time yesterday, man it was hot, I slept good though, up and around this morning to meet Meushy at Mary's Flea Market, we are meeting at the entry on 23rd street at 10am if anyone else is headed that way, have a good day all!! Lynn

Good morning! Yesterday was very long. Lots of driving and moving of animals. Today is going to be some outside but mainly inside work. Gotta get this house picked up! I think I'm doing some babysitting today. My sister is moving so I will probably have my 3 month old nephew today.

Teach - any advice on button quail? I had about a dozen hatch from some eggs I bought at the Jones auction. They are lively when in the beginning and then start dying. I have tried vitamins in the water, sugar in the water, plain water

I now have them in an aquarium with the light on, and I think they are warm enough. Do they need to be kept extra warm for awhile after they hatch? My hubby is irritated with me and wants me to do something better to make them live.

Well another good day here also. The guys got 3 of the five pens finished last night and are waiting on more wire to finish the last 2.

We are going to take a free day and relax and take the kids to the beach to have a swim day. We have all been working so hard over the past few weeks to get things done around here, we need the relaxation.
