Congratulations Luvs - glad your daughter and granddaughter are both okay.

Today is supposed to be the hottest day yet in Tulsa. I think the temp is to get to 105 with a heat index of 110 - not as bad as a lot of you, but at least we'll have a side of famous Tulsa humidity along with it.

P&B - you are so encouraging and helpful - thanks for being you!

Carla - sorry you're having to work so much - but at least you're keeping us updated on the latest news and neato links on the web!

Hi Okie's!! Sorry I have been MIA for so long, I have thought about you all and I hope everyone is taking care of themselfs in this heat. You won't hear me complian, I would rather be hot than cold. There is no way I can catch up on what I have missed but will read back a few pages and be around for everyone to fill me in!

i havnt been much of anywhere in this heat.went to tulsa sunday an sold some of the chickens i went to greybears an got a couple weeks ago when he was down sick.that helped cut down some of the work here we went from 300 chickens to close to 500 so it doubled the time it took to care for everything.i got good kids that really help me alot or i wouldnt be able to make it.every time i get hot i get sick an feel bad for days.

Today, I did chores around the house and am getting ready to go visit my Mom. I have to be at church at 7:45 to do TV taping. God, I HATE being on camera. (Speaking of being fat and gross). I think I'd be less nervous at the Ford Center.

Tara, I am trying to get eggs from PipsandPeeps. I still really miss Maggie...
