Dumb backsidees.....

Dry and in the 80's, but windy the last couple of days. You know it's funny how 35-4 wk old chicken nuggets (my name for the meat birds) can fit under a small over-turned livestock water tank to get out of the wind.

If it's any consolation at all, be glad he's going through this phase at the proper time--they all do in one way or another. Believe me, it is MUCH more disastrous if they behave well as teens then do their "rebellion" out of phase. Even the worst of them DO generally outgrow it and become worthwhile and productive citizens and family members!

Doesn't really make it easier to take when you're in the thick of it, though.

Those are really pretty! Are they Bantam?

Yes, they are bantams.

EngieKisses I saw both pictures of your lovely fluffies - I'm glad Grace asked the bantam question - I was wondering the same thing. Thanks for posting the second photo that shows the black ones. They are all so pretty!

Ick. It's raining here again! My run has puddles in it, too Hennies - and my chickens stand out it it as well. So much for the question of who is smarter...the city chicken or the country chicken...neither of them have any sense!
