My dad says that the few months before Christmas is when the devil really tries to butt into everyone's lives... It's kinda lookin that way!

OH! We have this cute little red storage building out back that we are planning on replacing soon (has no floor.) I asked my hubby if we could move it to the back fence and turn it into a chicken coop... and he said YES! He's already talking about building roosts and nesting boxes. I think I've finally turned him to the chicken side!

Carla - Oh he told me before the Newcastle show that he would go to Shawnee with me! If he can get the city to tell him the stupid limit on what I can have, then I can really start planning! Biggest problem at this point is waiting to get the new storage building so I can have the old one.

I think I might be coming down with some kind of snarkies....Mike too....He has had a headache all day. I think his is stress...he passed all his sample tests with flying colors....got 100s on the math but boffed the reading by missing 4...who reads anyway? HA!

At this rate I might just huddle up with my blanket in the truck and read....maybe take a nap....Got the whole house cleaned today and the chicken coop cleaned and scraped.....So I can afford to die for a couple or three days.

Okladoodle...glad you are feeling spiffy...Did they do that fancy wrist thing Buster was talking about....Hey where is Buster? And Al? Maybe they have been stolen by aliens

I'm making a hot tea and going to bed with Tom Clancy again....He's just HOT!

Yeah, I need to get Gerald in that big green army truck full of birds to sell. I just hope the weather is nice, because I don't want them to freeze to death!

I'm not showing anything so my birds will have to stay in the truck & maybe someone will want to buy some?

I still have 3 white araucana pullets from my breeders I sold to Grace's friend earlier in the year. They are offspring from eggs I bought last year from Hinkjc, a BYC member in Pennsylvania. These pullets should begin laying soon. They're not tufted, but they are rumpless ... well, one may have a short tail feather or two. Either they are for sale, or I'm looking for a nice white roo for them

I'll have lots of silkie chicks again ... and some silver sebright chicks ... and some turken chicks (maybe even some of the frizzles) ... and no telling what else I can decide to sell. Let's hope I decide to sell a lot of my babies, so I can buy something else.

Wow, Mike did good on the test!!! I sure hope he gets the job and ya'll move somewhere between Tuttle & Chickasha! Then, maybe you'd start cleaning houses for an extra job ... I need to hire someone that likes to clean like you do. When I married Gerald, I hoped he was clean, neat and organized because I AM NOT! I thought opposites attract? Well, anyway, our house is beyond disaster area ... close to being condemned I'm sure. I wish I had a house that I could just open up the walls & get a big leaf blower to blow out all the dirt & dust and then get a big garden hose & wash everything down.
