She will get a good once over when I get home. The first thing I noticed was she wasn't getting up by the others to sleep at night but was eating an moving around yesterday when I was out there. This morning the roo was trying to do his thing and she couldn't stand up with the weight of him. When I put her in the small isolation cage that is when I saw the head shaking and holding it down towards the ground......she wasn't doing that yesterday either. I have started some of the stuff that Les told me on the last one.

We are getting rain/light snow. I felt sorry for Grace this morning when she went out to take care of her birds. It was a freezing drizzle. She had one hen out (I closed up the pens last night and missed her somehow). Grace brought her up to the carport in a box and blow dried her. She looks like she is doing ok so far.

I sure hope so.

I use to have a set of hens that always roosted outside (even with a perfectly good hen house) and I thought that once it got cold they would move inside......They sat out in the cold freezing rain, I finally had to go move them for about a week straight everynight.​

Kae, I moved the FOO FOO eggs to the hatching tray. Threee more days!!!!!!!!!

Now I gotta run some eggs to P & B since she is starting hatching AGAIN. I don't want to run the Sportsman for just five eggs.

Roy I was looking at that motel looks convienant so I am in also. I will just be staying there on Saturday night but will arrive in Shawnee early enough for breakfast on Saturday morning before the show starts. Gotta feed the beast LOL.
