I got my grandkids hooked on the leftover mashed potato cakes. I make them savory rather than sweet, though. A little green onion or chive, egg and flour. Fry in butter until brown. Oh that's good!

I just realized how much I've mentioned butter. Just call me Paula Deen?

I just remember Russian, I have the peoples number and in fact the daughters went to school with my oldest daughter and the father was also my oldest daughters track coach. Didn't really know them though before the show, although the coach did look familiar.

Good now we know. I just could not remember for the life of me, I thought I had written them down, but I can't find that part in my notes. For the WOE ones, I have an Indigo Cock and a Brown Hen. The Russians are a goldish brown for the Hen, and a more reddish one for the Cock, but I will have to just take some pics and show them to you.

I'm a bit peeved. Seems that in the last 10 years, the rules for blood donation have changed (I've always had at least 1 tattoo within 12 months so haven't been eligible to donate in 10 years almost). Now I'm excluded because of "increased malaria risk" because I told them that my family was stationed in Italy for 3 years. Basically, if I'd've lied, they'd've taken it. But I didn't lie, because that's not right.

Can't they test for malaria? I just answered my own question... yes, yes they can.

So I'll keep my blood, go to the chiropractor this afternoon and find out if he can treat me (he ordered a ton more xrays on Friday), and then see if Phantom the mutt chicken will cuddle with me instead of heading right for J... while I wait to drop off silkie chicks (should be between 7-8pm last I heard).

How's everyone....?

I am beat... got up at the butt crack of dawn and did chores then did 3 singing jobs by 11:30...2 nursing homes and Open House at the Bank.... My heart has been acting up the last couple of days, so it makes me cold and tired. Trying to hang in there and not die beofre Sunday! Gonna go to the docs after the first of the year. was just thinking shoulda done it this year instead of waiting... then I have to do deductable again.... lol....

Faeries hang in there...hope ya get fixed up soon...had a bad back ONCE... and that was enough!!! Hug a hen...always helps! You too Shawn!!!

Gears and cogs on my foot, wolf paw on right shoulder blade, double triquetra on upper left arm, a butterfly that's actually a tiger's face on my upper right shoulder. Huge flaming butterfly on my left calf, and the beginnings of a chest plate tattoo that is a old fashioned clock face (with the gears showing, like the old pocket watches) with wings.
