Carla, having foolishly kicked a rotton egg and had it explode all over my shoes and jeans, I am not sure how many years it would take for me to see the humor in exploding eggs inside an incubator. What a stinky mess!

Pigeons near Tulsa...There is a swallow breeder in Oak, another swallow and Cappuchine guy in???? I will come up with names tomorrow...Ron Smith is the cappuchine guy...I am way over in the other part of the state and have pigeons!

THey sold a reallly nice big cabinet incubator tonight at Lexington .It sold for $350
I am the guy that had searched high and low for self blue OEG bantams. Tonight I could have bought ten of them for around $7 each. Did I? Nope I just let em go on by.
I am just not ready to tackle another breeding project.
I'll give you guys my take on Lexington later. I am taking my stopped up head to bed.

Don't know what kind of pigeons you are looking for, but
we raise the Utility Kings. TJ only took a couple of them
to one show last fall, but got Reserve Grand. Pa-Pa said
he would sell four pair - $20 a pair. They need the room
for more pens for the additional bantam stock that TJ has
come up with and the birds they're hatching.

I'll never get to go to the lake...............................

We're just north of Tahlequah - exactly 16 miles south of
Int-state 412 at the Locust Grove exit, on Hwy 82.

Have a good one !

I have been out moving chicks from the hatcher to the brooder, they started poping out yesterday afternoon and by morning I have 15 with lots more to come I hope
fl.gif
, Cause next monday I have 100 more to pop out

also my ducks have started laying pretty good so I have 40 of them in the bator right now and another 20 to place for tomorrow. pekins and fawn and white runners..they are all in the same pen so I can't wait to see what these guys are going to look like, maybe running pekins
lol.png

anyway I have a lot to do today, cause I have to go fishing with my brother tomorrow

Teach, Ohhhh, I gotta have one of the shirts, but we can't
come to the POOPS meet. Wish we could.

Do you know of anyone that will be at your meet-up that
is coming to the Pryor Show? We might take a pair with
us up there and then they could babysit them until they
see you.

Have a good one !

when is the pryor show? I may be able to make it and pick up a pair for teach, and get a pair for myself.. Are they banded?

The Pryor show is March 7th on Hwy 20 just east of Pryor.
The pigeons aren't banded and haven't been NPIP tested,
either. If we get something worked out for a couple of
pairs of them, Bill can take them in to our County Ag Agent
and get them tested. They're not with our bantams, so
we didn't run them through the NPIP bit when he was
here three weeks ago. Some more of that good 'ole
hindsight............LOL

Have a good one !
