. Be careful what you ask for, with this group you might just get it. Speaking of which, there were 3 white cochin chicks in a group of 2 month old chicks I bought the other night at Blanchard. If you want them, they are yours. Take them- please. I don't keep chickens (other than silkies) with feathered feet. They are still small enough to hide among your other chickens - unless of course they would be the only white chickens

Evening all, just about to head to bed but want to say Prays God for helping Stimpy!!!! Also we had a litter of piggies today, she had 7 when I came in this evening, we'll see what is there tomorrow! Also moved the baby Cuckoo Marans and the Baby Guineas out of the brooder to a room in the barn about 8x10, they have a roost and lots of room to play in now. Have a great day tomorrow all, gnite, Lynn

Went by the hospital this evening and visited with Stimpy. He was in goood spirits and said he is glad to finally be feeling better. He is off the ventilator and was able to drink ice water and eat jello and applesauce for the first time in 2 1/2 months. He said "thank you" for all the prayers from the BYC group and to please keep them coming. He hopes to be moved to a regular room soon, but anticipates a month or more of physical and occupational therapy to regain his strength.

Haven't looked at them close enough to guess at the gender - probably taller than 1 week old chicks - but you could squint and pretend they are the same size.

I'm so happy to hear that Stimpy is improving - let's keep the prayers going!

Jeannie - happy anniversary - you are so funny!

Welcome to all the new folks.

Sorry about losing your show cochins, Sooner - what a bummer.
