Monty, I think I may have already made the decision to feed the ducks with game bird starter since I couldn't find the non-medicated chick feed at Lumber 2 or Cross Brand Feed. I think I called King's feed when I was checking prices for the game bird starter and they were the least expensive. I tried the Purina All Flock Raiser but it had medication in it and I managed to accidently kill some ducklings when I fed it to them.

Ivy - just remember that you have to take care of yourself so that you are able to remain healthy enough to take care of everyone else. When you fly, the stewardess tells you that if the oxygen masks drop, put on your own mask first before assisting those around you. Because if you pass out from lack of oxygen, you can't help anyone else with their oxygen mask. If you are sick, everyone loses out on your ability to take care of them. So get rest when you can, stay hydrated and drink your orange juice. Any chance you could drop a couple of classes this semester?

Edited to add: now is the time to give yourself permission to lower your standards - the house doesn't have to be spotless, the laundry doesn't have to be folded immediately, postpone doing anything that is discretionary and only do that which MUST be done (feed and water are a must - regular cleaning of the coop is optional) vacuming is optional, dusting is optional, shopping for groceries is necessary - putting them away when you get home is optional. (are you starting to get the picture about what my house looks like when I am trying to get too much done and have to decide what will wait?

I am new from Henryetta. I don't have my girls yet, waiting expectantly for the hatching on Sept 20. Will have Ameruacana's (that's the plan anyway) w/ all the horror stories about getting the wrong chicks hope I picked a good company.

When you said DIVE IN movie, I figured that was some cool new thing at the Oklahoma Aquarium in Jenks but when you said it burned down, I couldn't figure how a giant aquarium filled with water could burn down.

Its better that the Admiral burned before you went than after.
This way they can't blame it on you and Jack sparking.
