Hey Greybear thanks for the links,I put them in my favborites and will browse them when I am sitting around at night. Always like to look at new links!.
Finally a day in the fiftys, supposed to be sixtys but the wind is blowing strong and fierce.
Headr about the tornadoes in Ark this morning. Thats not far Banjoes area! Hope he is okay.
I have been cleaning the feed room and making a place to put my pair of mondain pigeons inside so I can put a light on the babys. They are at that point where the parents don't sit on them all the time and a sudden drop of temp can kill them. Thats the only bad thing about breeding pigeons in the winter. Its a gamble. Since I don't have many of these I don't want to lose any babies!
Also gave Holly Pig a good soaking in baby oil while its warm. She is up off the ground and spends a lot of time snoozing in her straw so her skin is dry and red so I figured that might help. She sure shines!lolChopped up some more pumpkins for the chickens and put some green tomatoes out to thaw for them. They are starting to lay good except for the turkens. But their combs are getting redder so they will start before long.
