HI Okies! I want to be added to the Okie list!

I raise silkies, showgirls, seremas, indian runner ducks specifically. Then I have buff orphingtons, sex-links, marans, ameracaunas, and a few mixed girls that all run together.

I went and looked at the Okie list and thought boy it sure would be nice if out beside their names they told what types of birds they specialized in. That way if I was looking for certain types I'd know who to contact to ask questions.

I haven't put any more in the bator yet but have 8 more ready to go in along with 6 WLR. They go in on friday along with what I get till then. I am turning them everyday a couple of times a day and in a cool area. My big incubator is down right now so these will go in a LG. till I get some room in my turn-X

I know the one's that maintain our list have a hard time keeping up with us & of course there are some like me that change birds so often it wouldn't be an easy job. Back to school for the kiddie's today! Lots to do at work & then lots of stuff to get done here today.

Anyways right now I've got to go feed, and water everyone. I've decided today is the day to worm all of my chickens. I'm sure everyone is really thirsty by now.

I know the babies I have in a back room are. I heard them chirping most of the night.

As Sooner indicated, we are pretty resourceful in assisting each other to acquire specific kinds of poultry - just tell us what you are looking for. Do you attend any poultry auctions? Some of us in Central Oklahoma like to get together and talk at a poultry auction every now and again
