I know how I had the peep thing planned.... now... it doesn't seem so feasible and I am afraid.

I was gonna use my 8X8 coop as a brooder for them..... hang lamps, etc....but now am getting cold feet.... It needs to warm up by then...(may 6th) Then I thought how am I going to keep 65 peeps in there? I have Mrs. Squeaky in there. I am pretty sure 2 of her 4 are roos... I got 15 of each variety and was going to weed out and take to sale, keeping about 10 each....then allowing for those that croak on the trip and afterwards.... I didn't have any croak last time, but that was dumb luck.... Oh well....

Dang, I just realized that I don't know any jokes that are suitable for mixed company. I have a joke list with over 100 names on it and I can't post any of them on here. I'll keep looking.

Good morning Okies, been running around town. Had to get a new 50ft phone cord to log on this morning. That one I had has been ripped to pieces so many times by dogs and kids that no amount of splicing would help anymore, it was to short to reach the comp. Wife has me on orders to fire up the chainsaw when she ges home to cut two bushes out of the flower bed so we can get some plants going in it for the first time sense weve been here. Meanwhile im watching the grass grow and realy should start up the lawnmower but I just dont feel like it.

Teach... You better be taking some fuzzies!!! are you interested in standards as well...? I got wellies and Marans coming and some EEs... but I just read some posts saying EEs are really aggressive? Mike said if I cancelled my big order he would get me a bator instead. I was thinking I could get some wellies and marans eggs from Carla instead... But the OEGs are for sure. I ordered them to come on the same day as the others... Mr. Squeaky is gonna crap his pants!!!

Stimp, you got the same joke problem as me.... I get all my jokes from my brother (

). He and I used to have contests.... my sister would just sit there with this dumb a$$ look on her face and say, "I don't get it." One time she was really drunk and she came running up to us all excited and asked, "What goes all the way around the world and still stays in one corner? A postage stamp!"

We still kid her about it to this day and that was 30 years ago...

The adjustor just came out and totalled the wheatfield behind my house. I am good friends with the owners... they said with insurance they will break even....scary stuff...farming.

Hey Ronnie, Gonna be a lot of meat on the smoker and grill at POOPs. You know how much you like grilled meat. (POOPS)
I bet you could eat grilled and smoked food three times a day (POOPS). Tender slow smoked brisket (POOPS) Juicy smoked chicken (POOPS) bratwurst sausages (POOPS). Smoked pork shoulder pulled right off the smoker, POOPS Home made ice cream, (POOPS) deer chili (POOPS)

Luvs, those are nice cages... if only I could garden here. I was great in CA.... tomatoes, onions, peppers everything. Here all I can grow is careless weed and an occasional zucchini (IF I can beat the squash bugs to it.) I miss gardening.

But now I grow chickens instead!!!
