I ain't invading! I will be defecting! Even the Gov. has said that succession might be an option! I will join that movement BABY!!! Not a thing they can do about it - it is in LAW! The Gov. of Texas is an Aggie and my father-in-law was in school with him. He says he was an idiot then and now but has agreed with two of his decisions that and turning down the unemployment money from DC

Thank you!

I often have headaches, so didn't consider myself sick until my innards started rolling and the thought of food made me feel nauseous. Since I didn't have any upper respiratory problems or fever, I just considered it a bit of a bug, took some Tylenol PM and slept for 18 hours straight.
Do you have a headache that won't go away with some Tylenol? Do you have a fever?

Drink plenty of fluids and get all the rest that you can. Are you having any problems with a runny nose or with an upset stomach? I think there are actually two bugs making the rounds. One is a respiratory one and one affects the digestive system. The "feel better" for the repiratory one is to drink lots of fluids, take something like Mucinex if you start having congestion in your lungs, take the correct amount of Tylenol (too much can give you a really bad headache and can also damage your liver), stay warm and rest.
The "feel better" for the digestive upset is to drink lots of fluids, eat lightly - like saltine crackers and clear soups, get plenty of rest and stay warm. Medicine for motion sickness, like Dramamine, will help keep your stomach settled somewhat.

Hope you get to feeling better quickly. I felt better within 36 hours after I started to feel crummy, but slept for 26 of those 36 hours. 4 days later I am still avoiding sugar and fat since the thought of those makes my innards roll. Saltine crackers, small amounts of cheese and yogurt, and Diet Sprite are my friends.
