very bad idea...but it was Diet!...I don't think that the sugar was the problem though...you see what it is is the carbonation makes it easier for the body to metablize the cafffine or something like that...hey look a chicken

When I am not getting enough sleep, I survive on Diet Mt. Dew - and it isn't the sugar or lack thereof that keeps me going - it is the straight, unadulterated caffeine!

Gosh, where is everybody? Oh, it's after 10 pm .... must be lots of Okies getting ready for bed. I have to work til 2 am again. Hopefully I'll get a chance to read all of todays posts before I go home from work. For some reason though, it's a really busy day at work today. Every time I try to read, I get interupted with work to do

I just loves it. used to be addicted to Dt. Dr. Pepper but I think I drank too much. If that is possible...you know I just realized that I like drinks with three names well except big Red but who doesn't like Big Red it is like the best especially if you are wearing overhauls...I likes to wear my overhauls cuz you got all sorts of pockets to put stuff in and I likes to find treasures...you just gotta make sure you clean them all out before they get to the dirt clothes cuz the mama gets real mad about some of the stuff that us boys have out in her washer...it was very bad

Teach - don't forget to empty that pouch of chewing tobacco out of your overall pockets. It makes a big mess in the washing machine (and at my house, it annoys my DH when he realizes WHY he can't find his chewing tobacco(

Does anyone have a suggestion for getting a hen to select which nest she is going to go broody in? I have a buff orphington who doesn't seem to be laying any eggs, but she is going back and forth between adjoining nest boxes and when I put my hand beneath her, she settles on it like she wants to sit eggs. If I could develop some confidence that she was going to stay in the same nest box every day, I would get some eggs and put them under her.

that is like when my mother used to say on the telephone "well, I'll let you go" my son insisted that meant she had to hang up the phone right then - that she couldn't have him hand the phone to me and let us talk awhile longer.

Good night Oceanseve.
