Welcome John.

You have chickens, honeybees, sheep, and cattle? You're like me. You're retired, you're just not very good at it.

My "retired" spouse has less time to work on his own projects now, than he did when he was punching a clock.

Careful what you ask for - I have given allergy shots to myself and our son and am really good at giving shots to goats and rabbits.

Glad you got some medical treatment for the bronchitis. I had it back in March and was exhausted for two weeks after I started the antibiotics. Something about not having enough oxygen in your system makes it hard to function well.

The sun is shining in OKC, but the weather map shows that TJ's Nana, Ronnie and Slightly Cracked are going to get hit HARD with rain this morning. Sorry guys.

I wondered how it would work if you had to walk into a court house asking "Okay, who has a chicken for me"

Well, I hope he settles in well

There have been so many baby chickens exchanged in my office in the past few years (which is in a building with courtrooms) it is a standing joke that when little chirping sounds are heard, people head to my office first, before checking with some other chicken folks to see the babies. We do try to exchange the older chickens and rabbits in the parking lot - mainly because it saves the effort of caring the cage inside.
