Good evening everyone hope everyone had a great day today!!!! I have a mystery that i need someone to help me solve! I came home from work and found one of my EE heads on top of my coop!!!!

Well here is the mystery part there was only the head no blood and just a few feathers I am suspecting hawks but wouldnt be a little bloodier????

Hi everyone that is not on here anymore. At least I didn't run you guys off.
I finished the new grow out pen in the hen house today and moved about 50 five week olds into there.
They were glad for the new space.
Anyone care to guess how many of my 12 Cuckoo Marans chicks are roosters. Thats right eleven. I did better on my Welsummers,
out of 15, ten are pullets and one I am not sure about yet.
Everything else is about 50/50.
Anyone need some young chickens of the male type?

Carla, Thanks for the heads up on the garage sale. I bought the brooder. It is a Brower and brand new still in the box.
I might need help figuring out where all the parts go.

Good evening nnbreeder - I saw Teva this evening at the Jones auction. We arrived late, after eating supper at Roosters first, so I missed all the "prizes" and got to watch horse tack being sold instead.

I did buy some 2 gallon buckets with lids. Not sure yet why I need them, but the price was right and I can always use more buckets.

It is an interactive TV course...through the internet in some way. They have a camera on me and about 1/2 dozen other sites. The main class is in Weatherford...I have to go to Turpin about 20 miles. It was horrible. All I know is that previous school counselors did not do a good job of makng their job important and now the job descriptions at various schools are very different. but we should do this, but know that isn't probably what we will be doing so instead of figuring out what that job maybe they just fill is full of garbage that is fairly useless and try to makes us a bunch of pretintious snobs that know so much more than anyone else and... oops...did I get on a rant!

Teach - I am confident that when "you are in charge of the world" you will get a good job description written (oops! Did I say "write" in front of you?) that will help get people in the position who are very capable and effective.
