There is a guy in the Pauls Valley area who sells them his number is 405-488-5498 if you buy direct from him he charges $25-30 a piece for little ones, adolecence and adults are more. I have gotten all of my peafowl from auctions mostly chicks. I bought 12 eggs this year and tried to hatch them and ended up with one surviving chick, who is now 2 1/2 months old and doing fine. With what I spent on eggs would have paid for half of the chicks I have now.

If you are looking for a specific breed just ask around. I have white, pied spaldings, indian blue and black shoulder indian blues. May try to get a couple of more chicks next year but for now 9 is good. If I hear of any other sources I will let you know. Also contact Auctionlover here on Okies BYC, her and her husband run the Blanchard auction and she may know of some people who are selling peachicks.

OK..I am testing out my new laptop...so far it is really slow because of all the anti virus crap on it...I am going to cry.
