Oh that is great! I'm glad she wasn't totally crushed...I lost a speckled Sussex that last week...I was so shocked because the day before she was up, bright eyed, pecking the ground and looked fantastic!

If all goes well Vern and I are going to Blanchard this weekend to check out the Barnevelders that are supposed to be there. Anyone else gonna go? We will be in our usual spot...right by the bathrooms! LOL! It's supposed to be chilly too--which is fine with me!

Grace thank you on the coop. We sure like it. Got the hasp on it when I got home.

Q I was reading about Lynneia (SP) silkie, Madison was sad for her. I am glad she is okay & I'm sure her daddy will have another one for her soon. Has she taken to any of those white cochins??

Sooner she hasnt taken to the cochins yet but I did notice that she did go out and mess with the other silkies tonight so I am wondering if she hasnt already got another picked out yet?? She has her daddy wrapped around her finger so I am sure she will get what she wants!!!!

Why cant there ever be deals like this around here!!!! But at that price a road trip may be in order!!!!

Someone sure should jump on that incubator deal. My new Dickey is on day 12 of it's first run and I gotta tell ya, the Sportsman/Dickey type cabinet incubator makes the hatching thing very uneventful, which is a good thing

Yeah Betsy, I want to make it if at all possible. Back is doing tolerable, some days good and others you just want to scream. I plan on taking 5 or 6 pair to sell. I didn't plan on hatching many this year but ended up with a couple hundred. So much for plans !!
Betsy I had my computer wiped clean last week. If you will send me a short e-mail it will log your e-mail address back on it. Good to hear from you, Richard

Q If you can close the deal on them, I can pick them up for you and then get them as close as Okmulgee in a week or so.

Second week of Pro's not sure what my turkeys had
The test came back from the lab. My birds didn't have MPG or any usual things they tested for. It's has them worried because the guy that sold them to me lost all of his and I am setting right in the middle of big chicken operations land. There four house 1/2 mile from me in two direction, Then 8 more a mile away and it goes on from there.
We are working with two Unv.,Butterball and several turkey vets. But no one know what the heck is going on. I will get the written report tomorrow.
Because there no clear answers I decided to tell you the general area of where the turkeys came from. It is the Southern part of the State, closes to the Texas line. I can't find my atlas because I was so mad after the State guy had to take my chocolate hen to be testes, I throw it and I know it somewhere but probably wrecked from all the rain. I know it a Indian name the starts-with a T.
Just be aware this spring because he goes to a lot of auctions. He use to go to Jones a lot and Blanchard a lot He a big guy like my husband only shorter and heavier. If and when the state allows me to tell you his name, I will. But I hope you understand that I am between a rock and a hard place on this. I would love to tell you but legally it not wises.
I just hope someone can give Micheal last name and have him PM me or PM me for my phone number. I know he goes to OKC on Sundays.
I want the chocolates bad at least it be a start again.
sorry I am so crabby it just makes me sick thinking about the whole deal.
