So why isnt the DA bringing charges against both of these guys? It doesn't matter that the local sheriff is friends with them, he still has to do his job. Reported stolen property has to be investigated if a complaint is filed. My wife is the court clerk here in Claremore, is the horse in Rogers county?

Unfortunately no my horse isn't in Rogers County. I'm sure I've spoken to your wife once or twice!

Ask her if she happens to know of a girl who has had her horse stolen and is getting ready to file in small claims! lol!

Edit: Apparently I have to file another report against the man who has my horse. I didn't realize I needed to do that but now it's going to happen and I AM going with a male escort to see what happens.

Evening all,

Been a few busy days for our family for me not to pop in and say hi... doing alot of brush and junk cleaning...

Yesterday Darling son had a nail go through his foot and so he and dad have spent from 10pm Monday night all the way through till tomorrow( we hope) at the hospital... Austin had to have surgery and they kept him over night for observation... Hope he comes home to morrow... This is the 4th time he has stepped on a nail but the first time they have had to "go in" ... The poor guy had to have his foot cut open for them to clean it out... Just a week ago he had his teeth Extractions and then prior to that Jason had himself his surgery to remove his plate from his leg... I swear between my husband and son looking alike... they sure do injure themselves about the same way too.. So I believe there is absolute truth in the saying " He is his fathers son"

Chicken news: all the baby chicks DD won at the Poops are getting so big and at the awkward looking stage and they are such sweeties when I see them in the morning... I cant wait to introduce them to their elders...lol.

This nail stepping business is so old I am growing bitter towards the folks we bought this place from... had I known how TRASHY this place was going to end up being and such a safety hazard I might have thought a lil harder on their stingyness to not go down on their listing price... I have had several nails go into my show, Jason just had a couple the other day.. and Austin well this is his 4th time at have a nail go into his foot... (prior 3 were more flesh wounds..but not this one)....
