I'll be there Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. I think this is to be a larger than usual show, so judging may take longer, but if you want to see birds Sunday, come pretty early in the morning. It opens at 7 Sunday, judging resumes (most will be judged Saturday) at 8. Immediately after judging is complete awards are given out and everyone coops out quickly. If finding out who wins the top awards isn't as important to you as seeing the birds, your best bet is to come Saturday. You'll be able to walk around everywhere except the isles that are being judged at the time you're there. With the number of birds expected, you'll probably need more time than what will be left Sunday.
If you want to have a chance to buy the best birds, some will be put out Friday evening, but most will be available starting about 7 a.m. Saturday. The best ones will sell out fast, but you can get bargains late Saturday and early Sunday. Most will be in the sale room, but there will be some people selling birds in the front parking lot from their trucks.
