I finished all my "present" shopping yesterday!! I went to Tulsa by myself to shop and had a great time with no stress. Now all I have to do is pick up a couple of gift certificates and some wine and it's done.

Got me some cute boots!

Morning all! It sure got here early, too! I'm back at work, and it feels like I just left. Oh well. Time to get yelled at! (Nobody calls me if their happy.

Don't know about you ladys and your morning coffee binges! Someone yesterday was having chocolate coffee,Wow! double whammy on the cafefine! I'll stick to my morning ice tea(even tho its 26* outside!).

Sorry about your chick passing Farie. Hope the rest do well. Usually the silkie chicks are really hardy.They go from cute to ugly to cute several times.

Have a lady comming to buy some pigeons today. Fewer mouths means I get to go to the auction again!

Sooner,congrats on the finish of shopping. We have just barely started yet!But we are cutting back a lot this year so it shouldn't take long. Going back to the "its the thought that counts theory"!

Where can I get nesting boxes in Oklahoma? Anyplace you order them from, the shipping is as much or more than the cost of the nest boxes! The ones I have now are about 60-70 years old and are made out of carbide cans. The problem is that my bassett hound likes to play Easter egg hunt with me. He actually takes my eggs and hides them, most of the time by burying them. I think a roll out nest set up might keep Bo from having to go bye bye.

I will have over 70 hens laying come spring time.

Oh, and does anyone know what the reg is concerning sale of eggs to a cafe? A friend of mine is opening a cafe and would like to use my eggs for the breakfast crowd. I know I am exempt as far as on farm egg sales to consumers, but not sure about restaurants.
