Doc - Teach always refers to you as his "little brother, who is bigger than he is."

It was nice to meet you and your family and I am glad you had a good time and made it home safely. Of course, we are envious of your green grass right now. Ours is still covered with snow.

Will there be any POOPS related activities on Friday night? Is there a tentative schedule for Saturday? Will there be any POOPS related activities on Sunday?

Is there a place to park for people who aren't camping? Is there a day-use fee if you park and then leave that same day? The KOA folks have the answering machine on (they answer from 8 - 10 a.m., 4 - 6 p.m.), so I was hoping that someone who's been talking with them knows the answers to the above questions. Thanks!

My my, Poco - so full of good POOPS questions! Al and Monty are the Official Answerers about all thing schedule-related, but I can tell you that if it's the same as in the past, there is plenty of parking and there is no day-use fee.

Thanks, City,

I finally had a chance to check the thread and saw that a POOPS date was set. Unfortunately, since it's so close to the end of the school year, I won't be able to stay over night. I want to be sure I'm there for the BIG events and activities. I guess I'm trying to assure myself that I'm not going to miss out if I'm not there Friday night or Sunday during the day.

Usually all the stuff is scheduled for Saturday, since there are lots of people who don't stay overnight. If you're not there Friday night you'll miss out on some visiting - and if you're not there Sunday you may miss out on some of the cleanup, but the Big Fun will be on Saturday! You were there last September weren't you?

Friday evening is usually just folks visiting. Last year I cooked hot dogs and hamburgers. Nothing really organized just a time for the people that are there to visit.

Sunday is pretty much just folks packing up to leave and saying their goodbyes and we check the are and pick up out trash if there is any.

The bulk of the event is on Saturday.

Hello all. I went back to work today. I only worked a half day and came home at lunch. I was nice enough to make sure all my work was done before leaving though. I figured it would be appropriate considering I won't be back to that clinic for a couple of weeks.

I have a question. How do you thank someone who has done something above and beyond generous?
