Thanks Steph - I have already discovered the "slightly painful" part! The client paid me to have the nails put on, but I didn't think far enough ahead to consider charging to have them removed. I'll try the acetone trick since that will cost about $1.29 at the drug store...
It shouldnt cost but $5 to $10 to have them removed.... If you do it at home be patient with it, it will take a while..... I always get a rough grit file and file the acrylic as far as i can before I soak my nails. It seems to help not tear your nail up as bad and also seems to soak thru faster. It will make a mess.
