Yes I saw it, I just came back in from doing the evening chores, got a new bottle baby calf to feed so it took longer!

And yes, I did get a bunch of Cammies pretty Silkies. In fact a lot of them! I am tickled with them too. They are very nice, and she had some light blues that I want to add to my dark blues soooooo the blues I was keeping I'm now not going to have room for.

I think I'll keep all of hers because they are different blood than mine, and I can always raise more of what I all ready have.

I got the little Serema from her also and need to find him a mate or two.

Thanks for the info on POOPS

They are cuties. But Jeannie, I wouldn't bet on Jason NOT noticing. Oh Well, better to ask forgiveness than permission.

The Welsummer hen that was coughing and hacking the other day was put into isolation and started on Tylan 50. Then promply joined the next day by a little Cochin cockrel. Then the next day by a little EE mutt pullet and an Australorp pullet. Today there must be at least 5 to 7 more wheezing and sneezing today. Help!

Is it better to just give them all shots or is there a better way. Iput some stuff in their water yesterday(I can't remember the name of it), but I'm unsure about the dosage. If they all get sick, that is a lot of shots twice a day!

My theory is if everything is sick you water medicate...if it is one or two you needle them...

Saw where y'all were trying to get in trouble.

Well I put more eggs in the bator...the wife gave me the stink eye so I made her an adult beverage

The whole time growing up we had chickens and we NEVER had a sick bird. I didn't know they got sick. Then I started reading here and decided to try raising some again. You guys were always asking Les about this illness or that, and I thought what is wrong with all these peoples birds. Chickens don't get sick like that. Since I gotten these I've had wounded chickens in the house, I've learned how to give shots, I've even bought a saddle. I like the chickens I grew up with better.
