I did.. Told them the full story like the BYC'r say to do online.
The Office lady that runs the place kept saying "so she has a hole n HER head"
I have spent alot of money and time in this place. I then got on the
phone and called every vet I could find and I am still left with A chicken
standing on its head. To make matters look worse this is the same chicken
AnnaBell walks on a lesh. So the mail lady saw her walking this silkie cross
on a lesh and when annabell talks it puts its head between its legs... Mail lady
thought this was some trick chicken..

I have a friend that is a vet and he won't even let me get medicine for chickens.

Good Evening everyone!! I dont think that I am going to even try and catch up on post, I am 6 pages behind and know most of you can type faster than I can read read so I just aint gonna try!!! So whats been going on, everyone is doing well I hope!!!

Going good.I have been worthless all day. I slept in this morning and took a nap this afternoon.
Is it raining there? Been raining off and on here since mid day yesterday,

I thought of one thing that people might want to add to the food lsit.
Hamburger buns. With all of the pulled pork that will be there I am sure someone will want to make it a sandwich.

I did a practice pork shoulder on the smoker yestrerday and last night.
If I do say so myself, it was the best one I have ever done. I hope I can duplicate it next time.
My wife, who is my biggest critic and a pulled pork fanatic said it was the best she has ever eaten.
Of course then she told me to clean up the mess in the kitchen.

Monty it is great to be back, I hear ya on taking the nap thing, I just woke up from one, now it has calmed down and the rain is falling I cant do anything outside and thought would drop in here and see how everyone and everything is doing?

Just kidding Faerie,

Smoked pork shoulder mainly for pulled pork, smoked turkey breasts, and some smoked chicken leg quarters.
I will probably do some smoked tenderloins too. I might add a few more things if I think we will need them.
Like ham and a brisket.

I am hoping to do some brisket but I am not paying almost four bucks a pound for them.
I remember not too many years back buying them for 79 cents a pound and filling up my freezer.
The last time I looked they were $3.89 per pound.

Q, I haven't been on as much as I used to be but probably more than I ought to be.
I have been busy just trying to get stuff done around here.
I am glad you guys are gonna get to come to POOPS.
How are things up that way?
I have lost track, what all breeds of chickens do tyou have now?

Speaking of dogs I met a lady that breeds LGDs that are a mixed breed. Pyraneese, Wolfhound and Anatolian mix to be exact. The sire of the pups she has weighs 200 pounds. She has been breeding them for eight years now and they are some good looking dogs. If anyone wants the info on them they can PM me and I will get it to you.
