So, what did you buy that required two trailers to get it home?

Gerald loves auctions too much himself to refrain from attending and if he goes, it is only fair that you get to go also. Besides, you probably saved a ton of money on stuff that he won't have to build or buy.

Happy Fourth everyone. WEnt to church this morning then stopped by the home where wife works,then wally world. I picked up all the thinghs for homemade ice cream to take to the daughters later for cook out. Well the motor deciced not to work on the freezer,so I had this brilliant ideal to put a drill on the shaft and crank it vthat way. There is a reason that the motors lock down on those freezers! If the lid isn't locked down the centrifugal force pushes the ice cream out from under the llid! At a high rate of speed!! Now that the kitchen is clean again I will go to the store and buy some ice cream to take over there! Chickens!

Well, with what we sold, we only paid a little over a dollar for ..... 2 trailers full of new, handmade brooders & stacking cages!!!!! But, we're downsizing. Yeah, he agrees they were a good deal, but where will we put them all? And we're seriously downsizing

We sat next to Mike D during the sale, and he was egging me on to buy the stuff ... can I blame him for this?

You are GOOD!!!!!!!
For that price, you can take what you don't want to use in the near future, to the next auction. Be sure to let me know if you decide to do that though, I want to be there.

The new ducks are getting over their initial shyness. I put a wading pool into the pen today, and they each had a nice long bath. I think I'll empty the little pool tomorrow and put the medium pool in the run, which is a little larger, so that they can actually swim.
