Just sitting down to may first cup of coffee. Went to bed last night just shy of 2 am. Just getting up. Got about 7 hours of sleep. Gotta get moving, horse farrier will be here in a bit to work with my new colt. We gotta get a halter on him.

Doc is now at his duty compound. He said to tell everyone hello.

Hope everyone is having a good day so far...

Shavon you need me just call... Im only an hour and a half away!

Yeah Wayne I do, there are just some strong indicators that lead me to believe this thing won't be a quick fix. Not to mention folks are just hanging on a little tighter to their wallets if they don't feel confidant.

Good morning Okies,

I have a problem. I'm hoping somebody will have some good advise. I have a rooster that picks his own neck. Its been going on for 2-3 months. I can't see any bugs. I've powdered with sevin dust. I've dobbed his neck with "Rooster Booster" (for cannabalism). I had a hen doing it too, but hers has almost grown back. What else can I do? Here's a picture.

I've been outside doing chores since sunup - it takes me a little longer to get in here and log on to the computer. I just now got all caught up.

P&B, I really enjoyed your post about what you can feed birds - I particularly liked the cooked potato/red pepper flake idea!

Morning Fello BYC'ers and Okies Hope all is well in your Lives. I am getting another shipment of unexpected birds, Ideal made an error on my order and forgot to Mark my roosters. So they just shipped the shipment all over again. As this appears to be a good thing. All my brooders are full with my Rotation birds. I run 4 phases on my yard First being fish tanks 2nd being large brooders and 3rd access doors open on brooders for small free range yard. Finally 4th is out to the big yard.
I have chicks in phase 1-3 right now and no room for the little guys. Sigh oh well Looks like its time to build more stuff Just when I thought I was gonna get a small break from building lol. (Conclusion) It never really stops and the ork i never finished on a chicken farm
