Lots of Okies like Turkens. NNbreeder and OKCarla come to mind first for LF Turkens - you might check with them on those.

A couple of Okies here have Standard Cornish, too - depending on the color - I don't know if they're interested in selling, but you could PM al6517 and pepper48_98 - I know they have some really nice Cornish birds.

I finally found something that seems to work well (so far). I have an old police scanner in the barn near the critters. It's set to local ham repeaters (radios) and police, and RL Jones airport. So it has voices, and chatter all night. I leave a light on in the barn too. Haven't lost a bird in a year now. Considering I couldn't keep a flock at all before I'm very happy.

And I was looking forward to unloading some birds. Oh well. Maybe I'll head on up to Blanchard as a pacifier.

In a great mood today, though. Had a major score this morning. I've been looking for a decent stainless steel sink setup for a chicken processing station. The wonderful wife of mine pointed out just before we headed out for work that one of the McDonald's in town was renovating and selling a bunch of stuff.

I bought a $5,000 three sink washing station for a little over a hundred bucks! With fixtures! Including one of those hanging deals where you pull a trigger and it sprays stuff.

I'm putting this baby to work tomorrow!

I built a self waterer from a 30 gal water heater I call it my 30 gallon hamster bottle LOL I made it several years ago and tried to use it a few days ago and it's slipped from it's stand so it needs some adjusting just haven't had time yet. I'll take some pic's of it tomorrow and post them after I get it set right. I've been using several plastic drawers I've salvaged from old fridges mostly cause it's just too hot to do much else, I think you'll like the hamster bottle though and it stays clean a lot longer than any other way I've come up with yet and I have some ideas to modify it so I can keep the water cool inthe summer and warm in the winter

Thanks guys for the tips... I may have to leave the light on.. like Motel 6 and see what comes about.. I just know our Jackson is all about crazy these past several nights... and a few weeks ago our lil weenie dog was attacked by something at night.. but she is a fight and must of put up a fight because she lost a canine tooth over it and ended up with a few scratches and a puncuture wound to the behind.. but she still is a trooper and a fighter... and Dixie still fights on even though she got bite from a snake shortly after Adrian(weenie dog was in her fight) snake...

So Buck after digging and digging threw my files I found some breeding charts Problem is there not software there manual charts If you need them I can fax/e-mail them As i said in a PM i dont know if you got, I turned mine into pdf files and use them on my computer like that.
