Just got home from Mary's. Saw Greybear and Dakota and Heather. Talked to Monty, M.Ruzky and Michael Daugherty and to Andy (who isn't on BYC but sure sold a lot of guineas at Blanchard and Fletcher last summer).

AWESOME , totally ready for poops .. . i ordered my new bator , so it will be fully up and running next week i know , and im filling it up , Al are you going to be our auctionier again

kool , well i know a few , my dad , uncles , cousins are all auctioniers so maybe i can get one of them to come and help you out when your voice gets tired that is if you need it

Fair warning, I'm bringing at least my 2 eldest kids. We'll see if you still say that then.

Don't know what all we'll end up buying, but I know some of what we want to look at. Silkies, showgirls, modern bantams, cornish bantams, booted bantams, LF Ameraucanas, LF Sumatras, Cuckoo Marans and show boxes. Maybe a new LF Brahma roo. We may cull ours soon.

How did that list get so long.

Things we could bring if there's any interest and the birds cooperate. Hmmm, Silkies, LF Ameraucanas, sex-links, EEs or Olive Eggers.

Well I am back from the swap too.
I took seven chickens and only brought one new one home.
Not sure it counts since it was a rotisserie one from the Wal-mart deli.
Was great seeing Maribeth, Greybear, Dakota, Heather. Michael Ruzyicki and of course the master of chickens himself Michael Daugherty.
