Ahhhhh. I had everything planned for Saturday to go to Afton. I just checked their website, and it was last weekend. Apparently 3rd weekend of the month means if Sunday happens to be the rd one too. AHHHH I am NOT happy at all. There was a vendor there last year with buff laced polish, and welsummers and I had money in my pocket to buy. Have a mentioned AHHHHH yet? Just in case I didn't, AHHHHHH!

My batch of 16 babies have gone down to 3... So sad..... To sad to talk about... My daughters really..... Long story short my husband tried to replace them today at the Blanchard auction. He felt so sorry for us, poor man. We came home with 25 black giants... I think thats right.... However my 13 year old had always wanted a crazy looking chicken... She had 5 black and white polish..None lived.. One she held in her hand as it took its last breath.... So sad. If anyone has anything like this for sale please let me know. I will travel and age is really not a problem but she had five stright run chicks they were about 5 weeks old now I guess.

15 and up on laying hens....roos are 4 and up......chicks less than 1.00......hatching eggs around 5 a dozen for pure breeds.....rabbits between 3 and 8....depending on age and size......turkeys 25 and up......poults 2 and up.....guineas keets 2 and up......guineas 5 and up.....ducks around 4.... ducklings around 1.50.......i thinks thats about it....oh yeah pigeons around 1.50.......thats the only auction i really go to so dont really know how that fits in with everyone else....but thats what i have seen the last month....any other questions let me know.....
