Olandsk Dwarf Chicks

They are darling chicks. I'm not familiar with the breed.

This was my first time ever even noticing these beauties existed. I think they originate from Sweden and are apart of the true bantam chickens. I also think they are apart of the rare chicken breeds as well since they aren’t as common. I love them and the colors!

Still have no idea on the gender, but I think I at least have 1 cockerel and the rest pullets

The Roosters comb will go red about 4 weeks.

I will definitely check it out! I think I got all pullets in my Olandsk Dwarf batch which I am not complaining about but I did want to breed them They will be 6 weeks old this weekend which will be 2/16/2019. I haven’t seen any signs of cockerel attitude nor do I see any male feathering or male facial appearance. Do you know or have any tips about seeing a dwarf?

I have been observing them all day today and throughout the weeks and I see no red comb developing so I am assuming all pullets I will get some pictures tomorrow for you guys and I will post them
