My husband traded his older sister for a horse when he was 7. When he and the other kid brought the horse home his Mom broke his heart by not getting rid of her.
You know, when I was a kid my older brother used to make me dress in overalls and dog food necklaces (no, I am NOT kidding) and go sit at the rail road crossing and wave at passing trains. He is 40 now and I am 38 and I really like him.
Good luck re homing him! My little brother was never able to have me re homed. But I trained him pretty well to do as I say even though he's 20 now. LOL
I always wanted an older brother when I was younger, and now that one comes up for sale....I am too old & your brother would now have to just be my son instead. & those skyrocketing feed prices would make him way too expensive right now!
When I was growing up there were times I would have gladly traded all six of my YOUNGER siblings for about anything!!
Siblings usually get less annoying as they get older.
