ok i did look in her mouth again and her tongue does look bigger but there was nothiing around it that i could tell. there is a smell coming from her mouth im assuming from her crop.
If you detected an odor, then I would start treating for sour crop.
i checked her crop this morning and i cant even feel it so its empty.
i read it and she doesnt have any of those symptoms.....she had some drainage from her nose at first but not now but none of the other symptoms.Are you sure you're not dealing with coryza? Smelling bad from the beak could be a symptom of this.

im just at a loss im discouraged that nothing is helping her
she scratched around walked around alot. we have a big hedge in our back yard thats the chickens hang out. she wants to go in there with the others but i just cant let her i know a couple would try to bull her even though shes the boss plus the rooster would try to be friendly and shes too weak for anything. so i hate to not let her but i just cant take the chance on her getting hurt.
