That's a lot of eggs!
If I were wanting to guarantee they hatch, I would get an incubator for back up. That's so many eggs I don't know if she could fit them all under her at once. I don't know a lot about Muscovies, just chickens, which go broody randomly and not always.
Do Muscovies reliably go broody after laying a clutch?

Most Muscovy once old enough to lay will go broody. They are seasonal layers so this late in the year it's hard to say but being in Florida she may just take the plunge. I agree she won't be able to fit them all under her.

Most likely none of these are fertilized, waiting on @Miss Lydia to take a look at all the candling pictures I just uploaded. If none are viable, then they will all be pulled. Because of the cross-breeding, there's a very very low chance of fertilization anyways, so I wanted to make sure before throwing any out.

I'm sorry to say it doesn't look like any are fertile. From now on until spring just take the eggs and eat them bake with them or give them away. Then let them try again in the spring.

Certainly the ones that are more than 2 weeks old are not viable even without candling Some of those might have gone bad so if any sound squishy if you gently shake them, be careful throwing them out. They will smell terrible if they break.
I agree with Miss Lydia that the best thing to do is take away all eggs, collect any further ones, and pull the nest apart daily. This will not traumatize your duck.
I am in Eastern Ontario so in a much colder area. My Muscovy ducks lay about 6 months a year. I don't know whether they take a break from laying in Florida, but if she stops soon, it is not because you took these steps. When laying starts again, I still remove eggs daily for at least the first month. I try to plan a potential broody period and hatch for a time when the weather will be most favourable for ducklings.
I feel this will be disappointing suggestions for you. We all learn from our own experiences, and the experience and advice of others.
