I've had a few of them that just like to "pretend" to be broody. They puff up and everything, but then lay their egg and off they go.
This girl is not budging off the nest. I'm going to make a separate area for her today and move her (nest and all). But now I have to figure out how to get more shavings under her without disturbing her. The nest boxes were a little low on shavings, and I just haven't got to it yet.
Don't move her yet!!! I would let her get settled first. Give her something to sit on.
