OMG..I THINK WE FOUND A GRAVE IN OUR BACKYARD! "UPDATE PAGE 11"

I agree, I love to walk around old cemetaries. A lot of history. I also believe that the more you want to see a ghost, you won't. It's usually when you least expect it that a ghost may show itself.

I have the neatest story about a cemetery from when my daughter was about 4 years old. I was in a very old cemetery looking for the grave of my great, great, great, great grandfather, who I was told was buried there. The headstone was small and old, so I was unable to find it. Just as I gave up, my daughter ran right up to this little headstone that had fallen over and said, "Mommy, look at the angel." There was no angel on that grave, but I read the headstone and it was the very one I had been looking for. Coincidence?

I grew up next to a cemetary and I find them to be peaceful, calm places, so I'm jealous of you that have them on your lands. I'd be honored to have one and to care for it. There is one down the road (a small family cemetary, has 5 headstones) here and I go there and pull weeds and pick up branches, etc. No idea who any of the people buried in it are, I just know that they used to own the land at the other end of our road but their kids sold it and it's since been split up. No idea who owns the land it sits on now (it has a great view of the valley, great place they picked for it) but so far noone's come after me for trespassing.

I was just reminded about my granddaughter. She sees ghosts regularly. She was at my MIL's house. She told my MIL, "Nana, that man is trying to talk to you." There was no man there and we all assumed it was my departed FIL. And once she was at the farm and told me there were horses outside my livingroom window. I looked and of course saw nothing. She is 7 now and knows she can see them so I said Ghost Horses? She said yes and said they like you Mimi (grandma). Alexa has seen dead people for quite awhile. Everytime she has her picture taken, there are always orbs around her. I always thought that was so cool.

I have had ghost kid experiences also. When my husband and I first bought our house, we had no kids at the time, we were sitting in the living room relaxing and heard someone running across the floor in the room above us. It sounded exactly like a child running. We went upstairs and.....nothing. We've heard it other times in the middle of the night and gotten up to see if one of our kids needed help going potty...and they were sound alseep.

My twins have both "talked" to a child on different occasions. They were about 4 years old and I asked who they were talking to and they said thier friend that lives in the closet.

Two years ago we were signing a loan and the Lawer recognized our address. He asked us if we lived by the haunted house. We asked what haunted house. He said the one that has the little boy ghost....he looked at a house years ago on that road and that the realtor said a little boy still lived there. My husband and I almost fell out of our chairs. Yep he still lives there.

Yes I believe....we live in harmony with our little ghost.

Ah, a voice of reason.

I don't believe in ghosts either. Demons, yes; ghosts, no. I think it's funny that people make such a big deal over dead people. We're all going to die too. It's silly when you think about it.
