Yeah they get over it. Mine just told me last week that if I get a broody I can call Speckledhen for Suede eggs. I laughed and said why just Suede. Well I like that rooster...he is The Man.

Ah Well Speckledhen is a wonderful woman who is moderator here and she is the mama of the most awesome rooster...his name is Suede.

I am so with you. My first chicks are less than a month away.

Today I ordered 4 bourbon red turkey poults. I was only "allowed" 2, but...

The Turkey guy said I NEEDED 4. DH will understand, won't he?
