OMG Look at this WHAT IS THIS!?!? -ACK (beware VERY OMG graphic!)

Here is what I would check: Open her mouth up, and look at the top of her mouth, up on the underside of her top beak. Hopefully it's clear up there -- the concha should be clear and not clogged with cheesy junk.

If it's clear, I'd guess that she's still got a good chance. If it's clogged, it probably means that the infection has spread throughout her sinuses, in which case it may be too late.

I'm not an expert on this stuff, PLEASE don't cull your bird based on this alone if you find it's all junky in there. I just know this because I had to deal with a very, very bad eye infection on a rooster I rescued. The vet said it wouldn't even be worth doing surgery, and this is how she determined it.
