Hello, yesterday i noticed that my hen was acting slowly etc. I checked her for an egg bound and she was okay. She went to nest for night instead of roost. Before closing the coop she laid an egg. Without shell and membrane. Just like you'd put an egg to cake. Just white and yolk. The membrane was coming out from her ventand i took it and checked if there was shell but there werent any. I gave her aspirin and today i gave her a piece of pill that relax muscles (no spa). She keep sitting in the same nest since morning. When i got her out to drink and eat, i checked her vent for an egg bound but instead reddish diarrhea with a possibly worm (little, white worm) came out. And before that i found some near her. I also noticed that other hen had blood around her vent. I cleaned it but it wasn't prolapse, nor wound. I gave her no spa and aspirin too. Some diarrhea like slime came out of her but too little to check what it is. It was like transparent-light-brown. They are isolated now. The one with bloody went kept scratching the ground and was pretty active for a sick hen. The one with bloody diarrhea was acting more active than yesterday but still not okay. She scratched a bit too.

I forgot to mention that they were dewormed about a month ago

Are you able to examine their vents visually to see if there are any wounds? Any chance you took a picture of the worm? What did you use to deworm?
What meds did you give them to relax the muscles? Let me tag some people to help.

I could try examining inside of vent but how? I will post a photo of the worm and poo after school. Devormer was flimabend i think

Not inside the vent. All around the vent on the outside. I apologize for not clarifying

Oh okay. The white's one was reddish but probably from the diarrhea, it wasn't blood. The hen who had blood all over hen vent - her vent seemed normal, not reddish except blood.

The white hen also had dried egg white on her skin around vent this morning because of yesterday probably

Can you give a human calcium tablet to the hen who may have laid the shell-less egg? Are you feeding an egg layer type feed or providing crushed oyster shell for extra calcium. Some hens may occasionally lay a shell-less egg, but she may be experiencing a problem with her oviduct. Providing extra calcium for a few days is about all you could do for this. Pictures of vents or what you are seeing would be helpful. Did you see a maggot or a worm? Maggots may be seen if there is a broken egg in a nest or on the floor, from flies laying eggs. They look like small white worms.

They eat wheat and layer feed and egg shells. The worm was like 2 cm long and 0,5 mm wide.
