aren't roosters aggressive?

this bird is the the most "chicken" chicken that i have!

I have no trouble with it, and when i actually get a chance to grab and pick him/her up, he/she just sits in my arms scared to death wanting to get out of my grasp, but it's afraid to!!

this has got to be the calmest rooster i have seen!

and it's always in the back of the coop and like never comes outside, my black and my red hens come outside, except for this one and a few others.

does anyone have any more info on this bird...like the breed and such?
