One year old rooster has a fully formed hard lump in neck. Please help and tell me what I can do.

I know we have a time difference, let me know what you are close to and he is happy to help locate someone with experience.
If you prefer not to share your location he said you can call the Government Veterinary Hospital to track down a chicken knowledgeable doctor.
You are doing a great job for him, he is well loved. I'm hoping for something easy to treat and finding a good veterinarian to offer help. :hugs

It is wonderful that you have a veterinarian to help you. Did they provide you with any ideas that needed to be ruled out? And is a biopsy an option to identify exactly what type of tumor it is? It is always stressful when they are sick, I'm sorry to hear he has this problem. If there is a way to know exactly what type of tumor this is the community can chime in with ideas on supportive care for him.
These may be 2 different products, but are spelled very similarly.

Yeah

No pardons are needed, I am confident that we have all been in a bad situation at some point. It is hard to convey sympathy through words, sometimes it all comes out wrong.

I don't think the herbs will cause harm. Do you guys have access to any other nutritional supplements to help with his immune system? I think the feed back received so far is the concern of mareks, but the other bird wasn't tested to be sure. This leaves the possibility of any number of things.

If a veterinarian isn't an option, supportive care is the best that can be offered for him.

I found this so far:

Thanks! Yeah herbs are so far so good for the blood and tissues of body . Proovi boost (the multi-vitamins) considered the best supplement here because it contains all vitamins with essential amino acids .

In India the promising feed for poultry is Pearl Millet. From ages people only feed this seeds . According the Farm Studies Pearl Millet Is suitable feed for Poultry provide all needs of requirements.

As far as Mareks or lymphoma is concerned we all know there's no Special treatment invented yet. Things get worse with the time . Now he is very healthy and fully active I don't Suggested anything except monitoring Because herbs also work on cancer so it's good to monitor the lump before proceeding with Drugs treatment .

I recommend her to do some blood work to look for any abnormal cells . Hoping she will done it soon
Whatever she will discovered she will definitely update

@Tanya22 I'm sorry that Brownie has developed a lump:hugs
I think all you can do is continue with the care that you are giving him.
It very well could be due to Marek's, hard to know for sure unless you lose him and have a necropsy to see what's in there.

If he's eating/drinking well and active for the time being, I think that's the best you can hope for.

You are providing the very best you can for him. The only thing left is a veterinarian.
May I ask the closest city or town you are near? I have a veterinarian friend that is from India. I can certainly ask him if he knows of any chicken knowledgeable veterinarians if you leave near an area he is familiar with.

I live in Chandigarh which is a city located in North India. I would be grateful if you could ask your friend.

Thank you so much. I'm trying and I really hope that it will be enough to give him a very long and happy life.

@Saaniya has suggested to avoid government hospitals since they carry a lot of bacteria in the air and we don't want Brownie exposed to them. I will definitely call and ask them if there is any chicken specialist nearby.

Time difference is no issue. I'm just happy and thankful for all the help you all are giving me and Brownie.

The top two recommendations I received: first is Hissar College and he said to ask for the poultry department. He said they are welcoming and will have experience to help him. Second he recommended India Veterinary Research Institute, they are also very experienced. These two places were recommended due to their knowledge of poultry diseases. I understood that it woud be very difficult to find a local veterinary practice with knowledge and ability to treat diseases of chickens. I'm hopeful this may help in some way.
I understood there may be some distance to one of these but he highly recommended both.
You are a wonderful chicken care giver. Stay positive and keep up the great job. :hugs

Good morning/evening everyone
As I promised to share the update @Tanya22 done the blood work of her rooster browine she suspected a small lump on neck (which her examiner Suggested is his wish bone)
We did the tests otherwise to be on safe side and look inside his internal health . I was expecting good ranges as her examiner confirm that's not lump (in my knowledge hard ball type knots are maybe not bones )

His tests results give me little shock because he is in excellent health outside

Here I am attaching kindly show your suggestions I find some sort of autoimmune disorder is going on (Viral)

Attaching here the report
