Online Chicken Showing Game

Hello,
I am working on making a competitive, online game where you can breed & show chickens. This will be a classic animal sim game (wikipedia calls them PBBGs)
It is currently in development (with a temporary domain name) here: thesodi.com/index.php
However... I don't know much about chickens!
That... might be a problem.

I am looking for chicken 'experts' who would like to play this game, that can help advise me on:

• genetics (color, combs, egg color, etc)
• breeds (& crossbreeding)
• showing (eg. whats a champion chicken? is reserve of variety a thing?)
• transport (that knows the going rate for live chicken & egg transport)
• commercial production (eggs & meat) & prices
• diseases & (especially) genetic defects
• or anything else useful!

Please comment on this thread if you are interested. I am most in need of people who know genetics & color well; I want breeding to be as accurate and possible.
