Check the links I posted. Day-old (less than 24 hours) poultry can be shipped priority with the chick shipping boxes. And the $35 to ship express is probably close, but they do go by weight.
If the chick is over 24 hours old it has to be at least 6 ounces in weight and has to be shipped express. Granted, it probably won't get there any sooner, but it will get different treatment.
