I have gotten all my EGG CHAIN eggs. It is the AUCTION thread I've had trouble getting eggs from.

My hatch rates are fairly low, but that may not be the senders' fault. But it does stink that their is no way to give feedback on packing and such through these threads.

Why isn't there ? You cann't suggest a better packing method to the sender , or let others know eggs were broke . hmmmm I would personaly like to know if my packaging wasn't makeing it safely , rather then have someone upset or disappointed . I think that if a person is willing to ship eggs at their cost , I'm sure they want them to make it safely . If not why bother spending the money ? I have a pretty simple way of thinking , I know it doesn't always fit the way real life works , but it's my truth and thoughts . Tammy .B

Oh my --- I missed that some how . It's the auction thread . Well there you go , self explanitory . It doesn't cost them anything you pay for it all . It's sad , but I'd say there are some that once they get the money , They don't care anymore . Why don't you approach moderator with the idea of a ( lemon ) thread for lack of a better way of putting it . A place where people can go to see if someone is a repeat offender of not following thru or not providing sturdy shipping . I'm really not sure how to word it , but would love to beable to use a thread to find out more .

I have a bunch of hens if anyone is interested. I have EE and White Cochins. Range from 3 months to 5 months. I only have I think three white Cochins and I think 8 EE. I also have one Black Cochin that came from blue breeding so it might throw some blue babies as well.

Do the chains slow every year this time? We don't have the heat that others are in our area but I've gotten a lot of rotten eggs lately even one set with bubble wrap melted to them.... looking forward to the east having cooler weather.

I'll be glad when cooler weather gets here. I'll be looking to trade my eggs for pure blue / black Ameraucana eggs.
Also will be looking for bantam Cochin eggs any color.
