Offal-the the waste or by-product of a process as a)trimmming of a hide b)the by-products of milling used esp. for stock feeds c)the viscera and trimmings of a butchered animal. And this is considered FOOD??
 
We actually like the deer heart battered and fried, it is very good. So I think it would be quite good in venison haggis.
Come on T where is your sense of adventure!!!

I have a sense of adventure and would be willing to try haggis (with enough single malt ) , but I can't resist giving Thistle a hard time.

O.K., the prime rib is tilting the scales. Since I've been a guinea pig before, that's not a big deal. But I draw the line at Naties!!
