C in this case, just the heart, lungs and stomach though! And while it's offal, it most defnitely is not awful!

We actually like the deer heart battered and fried, it is very good. So I think it would be quite good in venison haggis.
Come on T where is your sense of adventure!!!

I have a sense of adventure and would be willing to try haggis (with enough single malt ) , but I can't resist giving Thistle a hard time.
