Opinion: is this a roo or pullet? 8 week old

Hello,
I was pretty sure are my chicks were pullets but then this one started to grow and is quite bigger than the other sister from the same mother.
They are not bought, my friend gave me some fertilised eggs since my hen went into mommy mode over some of hers (i dont have a rooster). The last picture is its sister.
It always had all the signs of being a pullet, but in the last week i started to doubt it.
In another batch of chicks roos were very obvious. This one is a riddle for me.

I agree that it's a male. Especially with it being as red as it is and the wattles being so large and red at that age. I've had hens who've had combs that red and large, but the wattles are almost always a dead give away(at least in my experience).
 
What about his sister? She (i hope) is much smaller, and she has a different type of feathers in the back.
