for good weather.

Oh, I'll also bring some Egyptian Walking Onion plants. My garden has waaaaaay too many - they're a neat onion, you can eat the stalks like a chive, and use the bulb like a regular onion, then it grows little bulblets on top. When the bulblets get heavy enough, it bends the top of the plant over and they reseed themselves. That's why they call it a "walking" onion. They've walked all over my 8 x 8 planting bed!

Hi All! Fairly new to BYC and stumbled upon this thread and am SO very excited!!! Will definitely be attending and bringing some 8-12 wk old chicks, will list breeds when I know what I want to part with. Am definitely looking for couple Ameracauna hens, or EE's even. Was it here I read that someone had a darkegger roo and couple EE hens they were going to swap/sell?? I can't remember, I've read SO much on BYC. Also maybe one or two Silkies. Thanks!

I invited our new tenants, who want to have their own birds (I think that allowing poultry makes us the coolest landlords ever), and they might look for some started pullets. We'll see!

The big question:

What are we doing about food?

I missed the October shindig. Was there a potluck then?

I know thekla makes awesome coffee cake because I got some a year (?) ago.
