Oregon

Hey there! Not in your neck of the woods, but glad you're here! I did spend a week there for training this year, lol, does that count?

I'm feeling pretty lonely over this side of the State. Lol.
Glad you got to visit for a week. It's beautiful over here.... And drier! ;)
May I ask the area you were training in?? Don't have to answer though.
Yes, I'll take you as an honorary Northeast Oregon resident!! :celebrate

Hi Wendy,

Occasionally, I read the Oregon thread because I'm planning on moving there (near Portland) from my home in TX, once I sell this house.

Is your Avitar a Cream Legbar? Curious because I used to raise CLs myself.
:)
Hey there.....we are just outside Portland! What area ste you looking to resettle in?

It will be Troutdale. It will be so nice to know someone who appreciates Chickens once I move up there. Timing is out of my control, because it will depend on when this property sells. Thanks for the notice. My sister lives up there, and I'm moving to be closer to family.
:frow

Hi there!
I'm way over the other side of the State (the dry side) and closer to the Idaho border!
You won't be alone over the Portland side... Tons of members!! And if you check out Oregon Chicken Lovers most people there will be your neighbors... Or close to.
Yes, that's Sir Rodger loveable brat!! I also have a cream legbar hen, same age. Both were hatched May 21st.
I have a feeling I've been writing leghorn in some places. I'll just call it a senior moment or two.
Let me know when you get to Oregon!!
