Once they are dry you can move them.Sorry -- I meant incubator. I am going to move them to the brooder with shelf liner over paper towels, but am not exactly sure when to move them.
Ah, okay. I wasn't sure. I'm glad it probably isn't some internal organ.That's probably unabsorbed yolk. Leave it alone. It will most likely finish absorbing and disappear over the next couple of days.
If it's fluffed and dry, put it in the brooder.The unabsorbed yolk chick has fluffed up and will have been in the incubator for almost 24 hours soon. I am afraid it will get pecked by the others if I move it into the brooder though. Should I try anyways?
